Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your sculpture dimentions and shipping location.

• I ship all orders using Express Mail Service, arriving with your national postal service.

• Shipping times are usually 5-10 days to most locations, if no customs delays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Lucy's Clay Designs is not responsible for delays on the shipping service, and don't have any control over customs clearance time. Lucy's Clay Designs can't refund your payment if your order doesn't arrive on time due to delays on the shipping service. Those delays are not under our control.

Shipping address:

• Packages will ship to the address on your PayPal receipt: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping information is correct at PayPal check-out point. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.

• A signature confirmation will be required upon delivery using Express Mail Service.

•Please note, Express Mail does not ship to PO boxes, since a signature is required.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

• The postal service usually will make 2 attempts to deliver (Depends on destination country). After these attempts, the package will be held for a few days from the initial delivery attempt, and if it's unclaimed, it will be returned to sender.

Lucy’s Clay Designs is not responsible if the package returns after been unclaimed, and won't ship twice the same package: The customer who left unclaimed a package will lose the order and the payment done.

• Please it is recommended tracking the order with the provided shipping number, and that there is a person available to receive it.
 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

• Import taxes charged by you country are not included on the shipping cost: ​These costs are determined by your local customs office .

• Lucy's Clay Designs is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Please keep an eye on your shipment when tracking information is provided to you, in order to avoid delays.
